We have purchased WAP Model IW9167EH-Z-AP (Z Domain) for US country. 

could you please confirm is this compatible for US country ?

Z belongs to Australia. However, depending on where the access point is installed, if you can be sure it will not cause any troble with local Regulatory Agency, it is possible to enable the Z regulatory domain and work with the AP just fine.

Just be aware the Australian regulatory domain has a bunch of channels not allowed compared to the US particualy in the 6GHz band, but also restrictions in the 5GHz band
There are also different power requirements so this could limit you if you decide to install in the US.
