Hi We can set up alert in some monitor system, such as Solarwind, and send alert to us when AP is disconnected with its WLC. but we have so many AP in the network and a lot of other nodes in the network and Solarwind. If we setup alert for each AP in Solarwind, it would cost a lot resource. My question is, can we set up alert in WLC level? This way, if AP is disconnected with WLC, WLC would automatically send alert to us by email. Thank you

WLC can't send an email directly. If you need that functionality, you need to use Cisco Prime (or any other monitoring system that support email notification).
What I would suggest is send WLC syslog information to a syslog server & analyse those syslog messages to see which AP is frequently get disconnected, in that way you can identify any underlying issue.

Thank you so much for your reply.
So, in syslog server such as Solarwind etc, I can see the message, which tell if AP is down, right?

Yes, typically you should see something like below, prior to AP disassociate from WLC
*spamApTask6: Apr 19 11:08:03.058: %CAPWAP-3-ECHO_ERR: capwap_ac_sm.c:7546 Did not receive heartbeat reply; AP: 00:78:88:18:1d:90
We use splunk to analyze syslog messages.
