Cannot acces internet using 1852 with Mobility Express

Hi all,

I have a AP 1852, I already change Cisco Mobility Express with the version: 8.10.196.0 .

I have the network diagram:

- When I connect the laptop or mobile device to SSID: AP_01, I can reach internet,...

- When I connect the laptop to SSID: AP_02 by the CISCO 1852 ME, my laptop can get IP address, SM, Default Gateway, DNS,... from DHCP Server 192.168.0.3 , but  can't go to the Internet from SSID: AP_02

What's my Problem?

Yes PC get IP from router (DHCP server)

IP: 192.168.0.100 GW:192.168.0.3  DNS:8.8.8.8

But cannot PING the GW on 192.168.0.3 nor internet.

   - It's a wrong design to have SSID's per APs , normally you create a WLAN/SSID which is available everywhere on the wireless network , better start with that  ,

  Are you using vlan somehow? Can I see how did you create the AP_02 ?

No VLAN anywhere. AP_02 is on Native VLAN (default 1)

Is it tyour router or ISP router? Does it allow more than one IP to go to internet?

It is ISP router, I think there is any restriction about accessing internet

I wouldn´t be so sure. Usually, they have some policy to control how many mac address go to inside.

It should just work.  Without seeing your full config hard to say why it isn't.  Possibly something to do with your WLAN setup.
Try checking your config with the Config Analyzer (link below) and share the output of "show run-config startup-commands" here attached in a text (.txt) file.  Remember to use "config paging disable" first to avoid getting the more prompt after every page.
Also "show wlan <wlan ID of AP_02>
