Cannot access after initial configuration for c9800

Hi After setting up initial configuration for C9800 wlc, i try to access the wlc. but I got the below message. Anyone has this kind of experience? Thank you

I have never seen that with all the 9800-CL I have stood up. Make sure you meet all the requirements and maybe try a different version.
