I Have an AP U-boot and I change the boot partition then, it run well but not joined the controller .. what is the reason?

You need to add more information.  There are different controllers, ap's, firmware, etc.

There are one controller but many APs all of them are Cisco, may be
different series

Provide the ap console output that @Leo Laohoo suggested.  Provide the controller model and firmware, how many ap's are currently joined by providing the show ap summary and show ap join stats (aireos only). AireOS also include the show sysinfo or if 9800 the show version.

AP should be an onboarding process? what is the logs show when you connect to AP console? post complete logs from boot time?

Console into the AP and reboot.

Post the entire bootup process.
