What model AP, and what software version?

Try first just changing the radio role to Client Serving, then apply the settings prior to making other changes.

I tried but it didn't work. Below is the AP and Version

  - Use the CLI command : ap name <ap-name> dot11 5ghz slot 2 radio role client-serving
     And try again.

    Then try your intended settings in the GUI again,

Slot 2 does not support the role change for radios - FRA is not allowed for this platform

Please share output of "show ap name <AP_NAME> tag detail". Maybe create a new RF-TAG and assign it manually.
