Cannot change AP into FlexConnect mode

Hi AP 3602 cannot be changed into FlexConnect mode with vWLC. I got error message when I do that even if I change controller name. Please see below message attached. Thank you.

 - Check the High Availability tap for the particular ap, make sure that if no other controllers are being used , that these items are then not being configured (also)
