A very strange problem is happenning in my enviroment. I have HP compaq nx9005 notebook w/ Windows XP SP2. The ADU 1.2.0.4 was installed successfully and the Cisco CB21AG-A-K9 card too. OK, but when I restart or power down and on the notebook, the pcmcia card (CB21AG-A-K9) is not recognized by system; if i remove and then put the card, the system recognize it. I tryed to use this card in other notebook-nx9030 and it works perfectly. Using other CB21AG-A-K9 card in nx9005 works perfectly too. The differences of these cards are the p/n and revision (i guess) marked in the cards.

notebook hp nx9005 Windows XP SP2 (lastest drivers for others devices)
CB21AG-A-K9 (using just 2.4GHz)

Pcmcia CardBus O2Micro OZ6933
