I purchased a fourth CBW 240AC and added it to my network - and it's stuck in Pending.
After DHCP succeeds (blinking red), the LEDs are stuck in a cycle where they alternate between cycling colours and blinking green.
The Primary AP (AP6C41.0E22.0908) is showing 3 Adopted APs and 1 Pending AP (APECF4.0C55.B21C).
I've tried factory resetting it.
I couldn't work out how to update the firmware while it is in this state though.
Any suggestions?

Legally: NO. Regulatory domains are there for a reason - to comply with the different regulations in different countries.
And I don't think it will allow you to configure more than one country anyway (like a Cisco WLC does):

Is there any way to use a CBW240AC-E on a CBW240AC-Z network?

- Look at the last two lines from the logs ; can you take action accordingly ?
