Folks,
I have 2 access points which are far apart from each other. I have 802.1x+cckm enabled for my cisco Wireless ip phone. When I move from one AP closer to the other. The phone call disconnects. I was running a debug on the controller while roaming and this is the error message I saw:
%APF-3-CREATE_CCKM_REASS_RESPONSE_IE_FAILED: Could not build the CCKM
Reassociation response IE.[chars]. Mobile: [hex]:[hex]:[hex]:[hex]:[hex]:[hex]
Any way I can fix this problem.
Thanks,
Parwal

What's the controller code.
What's does the show msglog look like. You might be sending a cckm reassociation request that is invalid.
Finally there should be sufficient coverage to enable seamless roaming
...
Run
Debug cckm detailed enable along with
Debug client Mac addr of client
