we are using CCX v1 for our RFID tags. we are able to see our tags in DNA spaces. we are sending sensor-related information in the vendor-specific field so that we can use them in our server.
we get tag updates in below manner
tag sends CCX beacon -> WLC -> DNA spaces: connector -> DNA spaces cloud -> to our server using webhooks
now we are able to see location updates from our tag and can see Vendor-specific information from the tag. but we see that in DNA spaces the interpretation is different then what is in the payload shown in WLC. I can see hex bytes in the WLC but when the same thing is shown in DNA spaces it doesn't make sense to us.
we want some help in understanding how the hex bytes are shown in DNA spaces and how can we get those hex bytes back.
