Hi all,
I have a cisco 887vag with 2 interfaces:
1- WAN interface that give VPN
2- 3G cellular interface sim card
When I configure the Cellular 0 encapsulation to SLIP and the Dialer 0 encapsulation to PPP and enable ip cef,
I have pings to some address from the router but not from any hosts.
If I disable IP CEF, everything works fine.
If I configure SLIP/SLIP everything works as well (CEF enabled and disabled)
I have tried several versions:
The problem occurs on 153.3-m6 and 152.4-m6 and 152.4-m9
The problem doesn't occur on version 154-3.m3
Why does disabling cef solve the problem?
