my driver version is 7.29.0.0 (01.07.2001)

- How can i update the firmmware of this

802.11b-Client-Card

is this possible with Tools ACU 6.3.011

If you use Cisco's driver, there is no way to change the MAC address without hacking.

You are correct that ACU, NDIS, and firmware are bundled with Installation Wizard. You can select "Custom Installation" in Installation Wizard and install the drivers only.
