Change Wireless AP controled by WLC to an autonomous AP

Hello,

I have some 1042N ap that i used to controled with the WLC, and i would like to use it without the controler, as a Wifi router or autonomous Wifi Access point (ssid repeater).

Can someone tell me how to do? a procedure, firmware....? any tips.
