Changing AP domain name

Hi all,

I just upgrade the ap from autonomous to lightweight, but now when i check from the console, the ap show it name with domain name Cisco.com. This's the default domain-name if you didnt specify during the upgrade.

My question is, how do i change to the desire domain name. I tried from WLC, but couldn't find any options for that.

This has been an issue in the past, and I don't know if the newer code has fixed this or not. Here is a thread regarding changing ap domain name:

Ya, i got the identical problem as him. I did tried to changed the domain name from WLC command-line,but it won't reflect the changes to APs. So what to do?

not much you can do. You just have to wait for a code version that fixed the issue.
