I would like to know if the radio chipset on the Cisco Enterprise APs uses Broadcom or Qualcomm?  Same question for the Meraki APs.  Which model of Broadcom/Qualcomm radios are they using?

 - @jescobedo I don't have on info on Meraki but for Cisco look for instance at :
                                 https://www.commoncriteriaportal.org/files/epfiles/560-LSS%20ST%20v1.7.pdf
When searching for  Broadcom or Qualcomm with find in the browser , you will get AP-model results for both ,

910X, 911X and 912X use Broadcom (BCM).

Premium models like the 913X & 916x use Qualcomm (QLC).

Major vendors maybe the only ones not uploading proper internal photos from all devices into FCCID portal, something other vendors do, and you can use as a valuable source of internal information.

See no pictures for C9120:

https://fccid.io/LDKVCVER1937/Internal-Photos/Internal-Photos-5430576

In the C9130 you can read Qualcomm:

For C9105 they show a Broadcom one:
