Cisco 1815w Lan Port Problem

I have a cisco 1815w, i have enable the lan port, but when i connect a printer ticket,  the leds from the printer and ports are flashing, but  have not conectivity,  and on the controller running 8.10.190, but if i connect another thing like phone, camera or desktop, it work, the printer ticket has static ip, if i connect the printer to the switch it works, what could be happening.

Upgrade to 8.10.196.0 as per TAC recommended (link below) to eliminate known bugs

thanks for the info rich, i already upgrade to 196, but i still have the problem, its actually what it says about pasive clients dont sending info, the wireless controller act as arp proxi so, how can i disable that, i didnt find how to fix this yet thank u for the info

Did you read the link I provided?  You need to configure passive client.
