Per my buddy, Leo:), to get into u-boot, there should be a 3 second countdown timer to be able to break the b not and go into u-boot.

# boot ap using part1
setshenv BOOT part1
saveshenv

# boot ap using part2
setshenv BOOT part2
saveshenv

 - What do you mean by part2 and part1  ? Can you elaborate ?

 - Some suggestions hit ESC to stop autoboot when mentioned on console ; 1) If this is a ME client install same image version as the running on the ME-controller 2) Use copy[/verify source-url destination-url  to add image verification check when loading ME-image on the AP.

can't execute the command, or is there any way to restore back to factory default with capwap or me firmware ?

Thank you for your help

Eko

 - You could try factory default anyway ; see what happens next and or if the ap becomes 'usable' or 'configurable/accessible'

I already try reset by holding the mode button more than 20 seconds, looks like the same.. but I can still go to U-Boot mode, by pressing Esc key.

 - Apparently there may be a possibility to try booting another and or older image if still available on the flash ; check this thread :

Scott is correct.
When consoled into the AP, there should be a 5-second countdown timer to break the boot process using the "ESC" key.
Enter the commands Scott has posted.

Upload new recovery image using a tftp server and the mode button:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/wireless-mobility-documents/erasing-flash-and-reloading-the-access-point-image-on-cisco-ap/ta-p/3161648

You can find blogs and videos on this. Just search, “Cisco recovery image using mode button”.

Download the image you need... don’t know if you want capwap or Mobility Express, but you can find both as long as you have a valid support to download the files:
