Dear Team,

Kindly Provide me the solution.

We have Two Ap of Cisco 1832.

1 ap have Cisco Mobility express os

1 ap have lightweight os.

i configured the mobility express ap as controller with ip address 192.168.9.1 and ap ip address as 192.168.9.2.

i configured the lightweiht ap as ip address 192.168.9.3.

lightweight ap joined the controller.

But i have some clarifications.Kindly sort out out.

1.if  my Mobility express configured ap goes down, does my other lightweight ap also goes down.

2.i manually disconnected the Mobility express ap.But still i am getting ping to 192.168.9.1.........When lightweight ap joins the controller all lightweight ap's change to mobility express and push os to lightweight ap

3.if i need to work both as autonomous then whether i need the ap's both in mobility express os and both configured as controller

My situation is simple

i need both the ap working fine without issues.if one goes down still other needs to be work as autonomous.
