I don’t really know what you are asking? What disappears? Can you post a screen shot or explain in more detail?

Sorry, my customer inform us with wrong information.
After unplug power cable, SSID setting on the wireless controller has disappeared. customer has reconfiged every time.
Customer confirms that the settings have been saved.
Could you please advise me,howto solve this issue?

Thank you.

Hi,

If you trust the customer and condiguration was really saved, you should consider an upgrade. What version is the WLC running?

Regards,
Cristian Matei.

Sorry for late reply, more information from my customer as below.

I add and save each Mac address one by one. And some Mac address is still in the system, but the user who uses the Mac cannot connect to WIFI, so I have to add it again. When there is a power outage or down, the Description device will disappear altogether but the Mac address is still there. As mentioned earlier, you have to add a new mac and add a new Description.

Thank you and best regards,

Have them save the config and send it to you. You confirm it’s there, then have them reboot the controller. If the setting is no longer there after a reboot, open a TAC case.
