Hi,
I recently deployed this wireless solution for a customer with 3702AP and cisco 8500 series WLC running 8.1.102.0.
I noticed that some of the AP dont allow any 5GHz client to be connected on these APs. The Channels vary from (36,40,44,48) and (64,60,52,56). We are using 80MHz channel bonding.
I tried to check the air quality using the spyDBx and the channels looks clean. I can also see the BSSID from the sniffer for these SSIDs
Any Idea on what could be the causing the APs not to accpet any clients on 5Ghz ?
please help

Give it a try with 8.1.131.0 code & see problem persist.

Hi Manannalage Rasika,
to upgrade the WLC i have to go through a few CM and approvals. Is there any bug or issue similar to this reported earlier ?
Thanks

Since 8.1.131.0 is the latest on that code, it should have most bugs fixed.
Not too sure you are hitting a specific bug, but in this way you can verify the issue you are having is a code specific.
Here is the release note of that code
