I have a cisco 4402 wireless lan controler, I have a campbell scientific CR3000 device with and ethernet module. When I add the device with an ethernet cable directly to the network I can see the static IP for the device and can ping it. But when i add the trendnet 450 wireless N gaming Adapter TEW-687GA I cant ping the device anymore. I gave the adapter a static ip 10.0.2.210 and the CR3000 is 10.0.2.211. I can see the admin page for the adapter bridge on the network and can ping it. So is there a setting on the 4402 wireless controller that I am missing?

It sounds like you may be getting stopped because of the MAC binding table.
config network ip-mac-binidng disable
and see if you are able to use the wireless on the device.

Whatever you do, stay AWAY from firmware version 5.X.
Upgrade to 7.0.230.0 instead.

First I would upgrade like Leo mentioned. Then in your SSID advanced tab, make sure passive client is enabled.

Unrelated to your issue but I want to mention... Trendnets arent the most robust client adpaters. I hope you dont have issues with these romaing ... I had about 40 and replaced them with Cisco 1131 in bridge mode.
