Several things to check :
1) what is your AP exact model ? -A ? -E ?
2) What country did you configure your WLC for ?
3) did you enable 802.11a network on the "wireless" tab ?
4) if you go to the AP radio list on the WLC, what does it say for your AP ? up ? down ?

As far as I know, saudi arabia is in the europe domain (-E) so this can be why your AP is not working in 5ghz.
Try setting your country code of the WLC to US and see if it works then. If it does, I suggest exchanging your APs against european ones.

Nicolas
