Cisco 5508 WLC and SSL Certificates

Hi

I have installed a 5508 WLC running version 7.0.220.0 and set it up as a Guest Anchor.  The customer wants to install a SHA 2 SSL certificate.  Do I need to upgrade the code to do this and if so to what version?

Thanks

You have to upgrade to AireOS 8.0.x or above.

I would suggest go with 8.0.MR3 code given below

Check your AP model & its compatibility

Thanks for the response, though I have found that SHA2 can go on a WLC running 7.3.101, I've tried it and it works.

I was going to say I think I have SHA2 working on 7.6.

The WLC supports SHA-2 certificates since release 8.0.100, check the compatibility of access points with IOS version support and 8.0.133 is TAC recommended version.
