Cisco 5508 WLC does not boot.

Cisco 5508 WLC does not boot.
When connecting through the console, the following appears on the screen:

Everything stops there.
At the same time, indicator PS1 lights up and indicator SYS flashes.
Experts, please help, how to solve this problem?

 - Most probably the device has a fatal hardware problem ; last resort measure is factory reset procedure and try again, if no result then the 5508 needs to be replaced (RMA)

As far as I understand, the factory reset procedure is started by the "reset system" command CLI. But there is no access to the command line. Is there another way to do the factory reset procedure?

No, as the system needs to be able to boot.

Pop the lid and see if the CF is missing.

And try re-seating any pluggable components (memory, flash, modules) while you have the lid off.

But most likely this is hardware failure and you need to replace it.
You cannot RMA it because it is already past the Last Date of Support:

so you could try looking for a second hand replacement or think about moving to new, supported 9800 series WLC or whatever new solution you have planned.
