Hi Christian there is no ap1g7 file on the AP for you to copy.

ap1g7 is a tar file of firmware and software and scripts which get installed on the AP flash partitions so you can't easily reverse that installation back to the tar file.

Like @Leo Laohoo says you need to download the complete tar file from the Cisco software download site - eg:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286322988/type/286288051/release/15.3.3-JPN3

 - In  lightweight mode you may need to enable ssh access to the AP on the controller (and define a username and password) , then use standard copy commands to copy a file to an tftp server

Go to the Cisco website and download the TAR file.
