HA configuration will change based on the IOS-XE code running. Below are links

If you are running 16.X.X code or lower

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/213915-configure-catalyst-9800-wireless-control.html

If you are running 17.X.X or higher

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/9800/17-1/deployment-guide/c9800-ha-sso-deployment-guide-rel-17-1.pdf

RP port connectivity also will change based on you upstream infrastructure and topology. So take a note on that as well. If you are planning for N+1 HA then you need to consider using Cisco Prime to sync the configuration between 2 controllers, if not you will have to do it manually.

Regarding the Mobility tunnel to 5500, if you are referring to 5508 then you need to run IRCM compatible image int he WLC, if it is 5520 then run the latest cisco tac recommended aireos.

For the mobility configuration

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/213912-configure-mobility-anchor-on-catalyst-98.html

For Cisco recommended AireOS

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html

Many thanks for the quick response. I need to do the config and will update it here soon.

Adnan, you need to look through the guides, blogs and videos if you want to understand how to configure any device.  No one here can guide you through a whole setup as that would take a long time, so my suggestion is that you gather your requirements, understand from the requirements what can and can't be done and figure out a design/solution that will work.  Then you would figure out how and what you need to do to configure the controller.

You always can hire a 3rd party Cisco VAR whom can help you out.
