Cisco Access Point 1231 and Android connection issues

We have several Cisco 1231 Access Points and would like to have a vlan offering free internet to customers. We have configured the Access Points and everything works fine with clients like laptops with Windows, mobiles with Window mobile and iPhones. Our issue is with mobile running Android. It doesn't get an IP address. The logs in the Access Point showing that the phone is associated and then after some time it disconnected. The messages we received in the console of the Access Point are:

*Mar  1 00:03:45.764: %DOT11-6-ASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Station   38e7.d8fe.c3be Associated KEY_MGMT[NONE]

AP-SL-12-x#

*Mar  1 00:04:16.866: %DOT11-6-DISASSOC: Interface Dot11Radio0, Deauthenticating Station 38e7.d8fe.c3be Reason: Disassociated because sending station is leaving (or has left) BSS

It looks like the phone is connected and trying to get an IP address. For some reason, the phone times out or gets disconnected, before it get the IP address.

Thanks

I have exactly the same problem,

It seems there is some serious issue between Android and Cisco,

The only thing I've found is this:

Well, helping requires knowing if you are using IOS or lightweight APs. What security settings you are using, where is the DHCP Server sitting.

Did you take a sniffer trace to see if the DHCP server was contacted ? etc ...

For such more complex issues, opening a TAC case stays the best option to my opinion.

For the record, my android phone and tablet connect without problems to all cisco APs I tested with, so if there's an issue it's more complex than "android+cisco=not working".
