We have a system of 20 cisco wireless devices ( Model:  AIR-AP1832I-S-K9 and  10 AIR-AP1852I-S-K9 -  that were compatible with the controller AIR-CT3504-K9. Recently, among them, up to 7 devices in this system often showed blinking amber, red and green and then gradually  lost under the controller. We tried these AP to connect the controller by AP resetting but it is no use in the long term. Finally, we found that the circuit of these AP were burnt. So, we need your help of suggestion which models are suitable to be compatible with the rest of AP and the controller AIR-CT3504-K9.

Just RMA the 1800 while it is still possible.

You can find those information here: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/compatibility/matrix/compatibility-matrix.html

Just stick with the x8xx Series and you'll be fine.

As @Leo Laohoo likes to remind people these APs have Cisco Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty so Cisco will replace (RMA) them free of charge. Refer to:

ps: these AP models (especially 1832) have a much higher than average failure rate (compared to other Cisco AP models) as you have noticed.  We have been replacing an average of around 20 x 1832s each month for the last 2 years compared to older APs like 1702 or 3702 which hardly ever fail.
