I just wondering if there was any documentation that shows what the Maximum cable length can be for Cisco to support their Access Points

Thank you, where could i find the documentation that would show that against that particular AP, I've searched everywhere, could do with it as evidence to a discussion I am having.

The standard maximum distance for GigabitEthernet and PoE is 100 meters.

Cable length is a function of the ETHERNET and POE standards not the AP specifications!
Refer to the relevant IEEE 802.3 standards documents for those cable length specifications.
Remember longer cable = greater power loss for POE.
