Cisco Access Points Not Connecting To Controller AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9

Hello Support,

 

I have trouble where Cisco Access Points AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 Not Connecting To Controller

 

Below is the Error

 

*Jan 8 03:59:35.000: %CAPWAP-5-DTLSREQSEND: DTLS connection request sent peer_ip: x.x.x.x peer_port: 5246
*Jan 8 03:59:35.347: %DTLS-5-ALERT: Received FATAL : Certificate unknown alert from x.x.x.
*Jan 8 03:59:35.347: %DTLS-5-SEND_ALERT: Send FATAL : Close notify Alert to x.x.x.x

 

 

How can I get this resolved

Can you provide the following outputs on your WLC:
show sysinfo
show time

Details Attached

Correct the time on WLC.

 

If AP still fails to join then conenct console cable to AP and paste the complete bootup process.

That firmware is deferred. It is even vulnerable to KRACK.
For a WLC servicing APs in the ME, I'd reconsider using that version, particularly all the current hostile networking activities by adversaries.
