Cisco ACS Maximum Concurrent Sessions

I have Cisco WLC 8510 which using Cisco ACS 5.7 to authenticate wireless users using PEAP authentication. I configured Group Mapping on the ACS to map the external groups (AD Groups) to the local ACS group, then I configured MAX session user settings & group setting to 3 but these settings didn't work for me.

Any Suggestions.

Do you send accounting data from your WLC to the ACS?
Do you have CoA enabled on the WLC?

Please note, I don't know if it's actually supported or not, but I'm fairly sure the two points above would need to be enabled for it to work.
