is there a null zone when mounting the 2544 antenna and if so, is there an issue with mounting the antenna vertically with the dome facing up and or the dome facing down.

from a height of 30 feet.

this is in reference to null zone charadteristics to the orientation of the antenna.

Read this:  Cisco Aironet Dual-Band MIMO Wall-Mounted Omnidirectional Antenna (AIR-ANT2544V4M-R and AIR-ANT2544V4M-RS)

Antenna pattern can be found in the data sheet (above).

thanks for the response, i did look at the patterns, but it doesn't state if there are propagation issues with the orientation. dome facing up or down.

are there any dificiencies with the orientation with the antenna?

The vertical and horizontal patterns are based on the antenna/dome facing down.

thanks

The installation guide says "install the antenna vertically and mount it with the cables pointing towards the ground".
Perhaps because of I'm not native English speaker, I don't really understand what does this sentence mean.
Which picture (1 or 2) shows the correct installation?
