Cisco AIR-AP-2802I-B-K9 either 5GHz or 2.4GHz showing down, down

There are 8 AIR-AP-2802I-B-K9 access points at one of our remote offices. Two of the APs are showing with 5GHz or 2.4GHz as down, down on the heat map in Prime. All other APs are showing both 5GHz and 2.4GHz as up, up. Why would these be showing down?

First of all, confirm if radios is infact down. Access the WLC and look at the interfaces of the access point.

If you confirm that radios is down, try to reset the AP.  If not come up after reset, look PoE on the switch port.

Thanks for the reply!

The APs are up. On one of the APs, 5GHz is down, down. On the other AP, 2.4GHz is down, down.

I recommend you to reload the AP and after that if radios still down. look the PoE on the switch interface. If AP does not get enough power, it migh disable radios.

OR you may have two fault APs.

Can you see in the WLC whether the AP's were shutdown manually. (AireOS under Wireless>>All AP>>Ap Name>>Internfaces, 9800 under Configuration>>WLANs>>Access Points>>AP NAme)
