CIsco AIR-CAP1602I-A-K9 suddenly not registering to 5508 v8.0.121

Hi,

I am currently having an issue where in one of  my AP is suddenly not connecting with a cisco 5508 controller.

AS per checking i have this log from the AP.

*Jun  3 08:36:27.000: %CAPWAP-5-DTLSREQSEND: DTLS connection request sent peer_ip: x.x.x.x peer_port: 5246
*Jun  3 08:36:56.999: DTLS_CLIENT_ERROR: ../capwap/base_capwap/dtls/base_capwap_dtls_connection_db.c:2214 Max retransmission count reached for Connection 0x8E7C03C!

*Jun  3 08:37:26.999: %DTLS-5-SEND_ALERT: Send FATAL : Close notify Alert to x.x.x.x

As per further monitoring, ping test from WLC to branch AP is ok (via flex-connect)

Update the firmware of the controller.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Do you any document that may indicate that it is affected by a bug? It is only happening on one of our AP's (we have 100+ AP's).

It might start with the other APs too, as soon as you reboot them.
