CISCO AIR-CT2504-K9'' Users Users get connected but no IP address

Hello Support  Members.,

I have some weird Issues on Cisco AIR-CT2504-K9

Currently I have about 170 users  who are connected and working very well.

But subsequent users who try to use the same SSID to login are not  issued IP Address from  the DHCP Server. The user will be able to connect to the wireless service but not with any IP address .

The DHCP server is on a Separate Core-Switch using Vlans

Secondly am seeing multiple Rogues APs inside the Controller, How do I have all these Cleared.

 - Have a checkup of the wireless controller configuration using WirelessAnalyzer input (procedure) for AireOs controllers
and feed the output into : Wireless Config Analyzer

 - As per https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html   , use the last release that the controller can (still) run https://software.cisco.com/download/specialrelease/2702eede2b47a5c3bb40795bbe836af6

 - You can  use client debugging according to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/aironet-1200-series/100260-wlc-debug-client.html  , and redirect to high level analyzing with   Wireless Debug Analyzer

Sounds like DHCP scope full, or if your using interface groups one of the SVIs isnt configured with the IP helper.

as for the rogues you need to mark them as friendly or known.

The Issue still persist..

I have enabled IP-helper address on the Switch Interface...

Even when the Controller Is Connected Directly on the Switch ( DHCP SERVER) the result is Same.

Please let me know if you have further suggestions on what the issue are thanks.
