Cisco Aironet 1830 Not Broadcast Default SSID

I just bought a Cisco Aironet 1830 with the AIR-AP1832I-F-K9 model. when I will configure the GUI but the SSID not broadcast defaults to the "CiscoAirProvision" broadcast so that I cannot do this configuration.

is there anything that can help so that the device can broadcast the SSID Default

Hi,

If it has mobility expres simage then...could you reset AP and try again.:

How:

When you are prompted for a username, enter recover-config to restore the factory default configuration.

Maybe the AP is loaded with Mobility Express firmware.

I have the same problem. I have bought two Aironet AP1832I-E-K9.
I have a Smart Switch with POE on a normal Asus Router and the AP1832 connected with the Switch.
After the boottime the green->red->amber led cycling but i can't see the "CiscoAirProvision" SSID if i search for WLANs.

But i cant use the console now, i am not able to connect (maybe my converter is broken ;-( and i must order a new one)
I hope someone can help me to connect with the AP.
