i tried to enable logging to detecte the probleme but the ap ask me for a Syslog Server IP, i don't have any Syslog Server.

Hi @Mohamed.Maslouh

Follow this instructions and factory reset your AP then setup it again. It is easier then troubleshooting.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/1830/quick/guide/ap1830getstart.html#pgfId-79276

-If I helped you somehow, please, rate it as useful.-

the AP in prod i can't reset it, if there is any manual to enable logs locally like the old Cisco AP.
