Hi,
We have two Aironet 1850 access points. One is working as a controller.
What I cannot figure out is how to show connect client name. They are all currently listed as unknown. I attached a screenshot.
What should I do to show client names?

Client names only show up when using 802.1x with AD credentials or machine auth but will show competition name. Pre shared key will not have that info.

Thats for RADIUS type authentication to the wifi network? We are using WPA2-PSK so I guess we will not get that information.
Thanks for the help.

Correct... PSK doesn't send username information so the co triller would not know that.

Can AC admin user tags info for the Mac address as the client name? I think this will be a useful feature.
