Has anyone experienced this kind of error message from Cisco 5520 Wireless Controller regarding AP issues with Aironet.
Access point radio [AP Name]:1 associated to Cisco wireless controller [Controller Name] is not performing adequately against its coverage profile test, placing it into warn state.

- Not experience, but being a generic-reply it can always be useful to check , current software release being used on the controller and or upgrade to an advisory release if applicable.

I don't know this specific message (did you see it directly on the WLC?), but a similar one on the Prime Infrastructure. This could mean that a few clients did not correctly connect to the AP (check for coverage hole detected messages) because they are at the signal edge of your campus, or because there exists to much interference.
For troubleshooting, I would first reboot it, if it's a new message. If that doesn't help, check if it's one with external antennas and if those are still securely mounted.
