- In authorizing solutions such as Cisco ISE, posture checks may require AnyConnect to provide an network adapter name or setting , for instance. As such Wifi or LAN - source, could be determined. You may of course verify this yourself.

Ok thank you for your answer last question: Is there a way to change the card name and make it look like an ethernet lan on the outside?

- I can't confirm that ,if the posture-check is intelligent enough it may query registry parameters which could determine the card type easily.
