Cisco AP 1142 Users Number Capabilities

hi everyone

i have a lot of Cisco Aps 1142 , my query here what is the number of users

 can connected in the same time ? is there any number from Cisco ?

This is question that gets asked a lot.  

This answer will depend entirely on what kind of traffic is being processed?  

Emails, chats, web browsing?  About 35 clients. 

HD Videos?  <8 clients

Voice?  <10 clients.

if i try to use WLC or use the AP in Autonomous mode is this help to change this number ?!
or still the same things ?
