Hello,

Try resetting to factory defaults and check if that helps.

You can reset the AP to factory defaults either from the controller or manually.

To clear the controller's configuration, choose Commands > Reset to Factory Default > Reset on the controller GUI, or enter the clear config command on the controller CLI. To clear the access point's configuration, enter the clear ap config Cisco_AP command on the controller CLI.

Manually Resetting the Access Point to Defaults

You can manually reset your access point to default settings using this EXEC mode CLI command:

Note This command requires the controller configured Enable password to enter the CLI EXEC mode.

clear lwapp private-config

Hope that helps.

Hello Moin,

Thank you for the reply.

but factory reset and config erase also didn't help. Any alternative solution you can suggest on this?

Which IOS version running on your AP ? If there is any latest image for this AP model you can try upgrading the image & see.
