Hello Experts

I wanted to convert the AIR-AP1832I-E-K9  AP lightweight to Standalone

*I followed the Procedure and downloaded the mobility Express image via TFTP into AP. but during the uploading process of the image, i forgot to keep my WLC and AP in Separate domain. now my AP has mobility express image, but its keep getting error messages Uplink IP and Default gateway could not found. it seems to me it is still working as lightweight mood. please tell me the solution.

i did reset the AP, but did not work

what should i do know ?

I am eagerly waiting for the Help

Mobility express is not the same thing stand alone mode.

Drop into ROMMON and reflash the image.

Hi Jonathan

Thanks for your Reply. can you explain to me how to enter into rommom mode and how to refresh image ?

thanks in advance

In regards to the new models of AP, x800-series (1800/2800/3800), there is no such thing as "autonomous" IOS.

The Cisco autonomous IOS has been replaced with Cisco Mobility Express (aka MobEx) as the new "norm".
