cisco AP 3802E IP management loses pings all the time

I have Cisco AP 3802E with IOS VER 8.3.102 and his management IP loses ping all the time

someone have any idea ?

Do you have other AP's working fine?  If so, try to swap the AP to see if the issue might be with the cable or switchport or the AP itself.

Since this is your only 3802, its connected to an 802.3at siwtchport?  What I would do is start from scratch and just configure management on the AP, no vlans and get that to work.  I would even setup the switch to an access port to at least verify the connection is also working.  The switch a Cisco switch?

yes it is a cisco switch and the port is configured as access port and i already tried to start from scratch

Wait a minute... you have a controller?  You either need a controller or you need to run this with mobility express.

I am running Mobility express
