You haven't mentioned whether this is autonomous or lightweight?
What version of software?

Either way, as Marce highlighted, it's guaranteed to be a software bug.  That AP is already end of support:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/aironet-700-series/eos-eol-notice-c51-739491.html
So no more bug fixes will be released for it.  You best hope is to update to the latest available software version and hope that that improves the situation but ultimately you need to consider upgrading to a currently supported product.

Dear Community ,

Thanks for your anwsers , the AP is lightweight and the Version is 15.3(3)JF7$ . Do you suggest me to upgrade it in the last version ?

  - Since the AP is lightweight , the software on it is steered by the wireless controller it is using ; in that context checkout :

15.3(3)JF7 = 8.5.131.0 which is very old - there have been thousands of bug fixes since then!
You should upgrade to 8.5.182.11 or 8.10.185.3 (links below) - depends on what model of WLC you are using and what (if any) other AP models you're using.  See the compatibility matrix below to check WLC and AP models.  8510, 5508 and 2504 are only supported up to 8.5.  3504, 5520, vWLC and 8540 are supported up to 8.10.
