Hello,
i try to connect a Notebook with an integrated Intel PRO/Wireless NIC to an AP1240. Both are comletely blind to each other. The NIC can see another AP (FritzBOX WLAN) without problems. When inserting a CISCO PCM352 NIC its all ok, too. But its wishful to use the integrated one. The 1240 is only configured with IP Address and a SSID, without security and things, for troubleshooting issues. Does anyone have an idea ?
Oh.. i updated the AP and the NIC with the most actual firmware and drivers.
Thanks in advance

You might want to remove the Intel controller software and let windows manage the network connections. Install only the network card driver. I am assuming you are using windows. Also check out ms KB885453 might help you there too.

Those NIC cards are junk. We have them in a bunch of our laptops and we experience connection issues contantly. There are many articles out there on them. Avoid them if you can.
