Cisco C9130AXE-D Access Point Radio status down

After configuration Cisco C9130AXE-D access point in EWC type, both Radio 5 and 2.4 shows operationally down.

SSID is not broadcasting.

 - You are using almost all default tags which is not advisable
   + Check if the regulatory domain for the AP is configured on the controller

   Start using solid configuring concepts for 9800 based platforms (do not use default tags)

  Finally check the EWC controller's configuration using the CLI command
  show tech wireless  (not simple 'show tech') and feed the output from that into 
                     (=>CORRECTED!=>) Wireless Config Analyzer   
                 (you can do that already now for starters)

  + Issue the CLI command : wireless config validate

Thanks for advising about policy tags, this for the trial. Once trial done successfully will apply self policies and tags.

  - It doesn't work that way , it's a standard part of configuring an 9800 based  controller 
                     before it can be used properly

The (physical) radio is enabled but the 2.4 Ghz/5 Ghz network is disabled.

Is it possible to broadcast SSID without external antenna? Because I have searched everything to enable 2.4/5 GHz network but not getting the exact option to enable it.

Not possible.  9130AXE requires antennas.
