Cisco controller 3504 - Session time out

Dear colleagues,

I have purchased a Cisco Controller 3504 with two APs, I have configured and installed the controller with APs, our clients faced an issue, that they have to re-authentication every day because the session is expired, also when I reboot the controller the clients should re-authentication too.

what should we do so that the clients not to re-authentication?

I really read a lot of articles and test it everything from my side but unfortunately, I could not find a permanent solution.

I appreciate any help.

Thank you,

Best regards

Leave the ARP idle timeout at its default.
Disable "Enable Session Timeout"
Disable "DHCP Addr. Assignment", but first make sure the DHCP server is entered on the virtual interface for the SSID.

it seems that my problem resolved with my configuration because the clients now can go to sleeping clients and they can stay there about 30 days, this is so good period, whenever the clients want to connect the wifi, they can do it without re-authentication.

I am still following up the issue but as I said it seems that it is resolved!

Thank you so much.

Best regards.
