In our infra one wireless user facing the teams call disconnection.
On that specific time there is no wireless disconnection and only issue is with teams call.
checked the logs in cisco dna center andfound the following, and teams call score is zero.
kindly confirm when the teams call getting disconnected?
The mentioned packet loss jitter andmedia bit rate is issue with laptop or wifi?
